Job summary

Jobitus is seeking a proactive recruiter to design and update job descriptions, source candidates from multiple channels, and craft compelling recruiting emails to attract passive talent.

You will screen resumes, advertise openings on the Careers page and social media, and provide shortlists to hiring managers. You will also handle job offers, answer queries about compensation and benefits, participate in recruitment events, and help onboard new hires as a trusted advisor.
