Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create KPI dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports.
• Develop Tableau data sources, extracts, calculated fields, filters, and parameters.
• Work with large datasets and optimize dashboard performance.
• Perform data analysis and transform business requirements into visualization solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain Tableau Server content and support report deployments.
• Troubleshoot dashboard and reporting issues.
• Ensure reporting quality, performance, and governance standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Tableau Development and Business Intelligence.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Excellent SQL programming and database skills.
• Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts.
• Experience working with large-scale reporting and analytics solutions.
• Exposure to Tableau Prep, Power BI, or other BI tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders and gather reporting requirements.
