As a T24 Infra and Environment Analyst, you will manage and optimise Temenos Core Banking environments across multiple global offices. You will oversee infrastructure and environment management, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance of T24 systems while supporting testing and production teams.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

• Maintain and enhance banking systems (Core Banking, FCM, Analytics, Autoform) based on Temenos products.
• Manage infrastructure and environments across Unix and Linux operating systems.
• Oversee environment management for Development, Migration, SIT, UAT, and Production.
• Perform installation of T24 updates and manage deployment of T24 & IRIS artefacts.
• Ensure quality management of T24 deliveries and documentation.
• Maintain health of T24 servers and support SIT, UAT, and production teams.

Domain Expertise

• Provide expertise in T24 architecture (TAFJ).
• Manage installation, environment creation, copying, backup, and restoration of T24 environments.
• Execute COB in controlled test environments and manage batch execution jobs.
• Perform environment maintenance, housekeeping, and data masking activities.
• Work with hosting providers on infrastructure management (WebSphere, AIX, Oracle, Windows, Virtualisation, Java).
• Deploy and manage third‑party tools such as JBOSS, WebSphere, and interface tools.
• Troubleshoot and maintain databases (Oracle, SQL).

Governance & Assurance

• Ensure environments adhere to banking standards and compliance requirements.
• Document risks, issues, and provide recommendations for optimisation.
• Support governance routines by maintaining environment artefacts and documentation.
• Monitor environment performance and implement improvements.
• Support continuous improvement in environment management practices.
• Provide proactive support to testing and production teams.

• You have strong experience managing Temenos T24 environments.
• You have experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production environments.

Technical Expertise

• You have knowledge of T24 architecture (TAFJ) and environment management.
• You have experience with Unix/Linux operating systems.
• You have skills in Oracle and SQL database maintenance and troubleshooting.
• You have experience deploying and managing JBOSS, WebSphere, and other interface tools.
• You have optional coding skills in Infobasic, L3 Java, Core Java, HTML5/CSS3, JQuery, AngularJS, MVC, LINQ.
