Job summary

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP in Pune is seeking an Assistant Manager for Cloud Security to design and implement cloud identity and access controls. You will work on end-to-end JML workflows, entitlements, and governance through Entra ID in a Zero Trust framework.

You will collaborate with HR systems like Workday and SAP HCM, develop automation using Graph API, PowerShell or Python, and help secure hybrid identity across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud security workflows and identity governance.
• Experience with HR system integration connected to Entra ID.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end JML workflows in Cloud security Entra ID.
• Integrate HR systems with Entra ID via SCIM provisioning.
• Develop workflow extensions using Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and Functions.
• Configure Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and PIM.
• Manage hybrid identity scenarios with Entra Connect/Cloud Sync for on-prem AD.

• Design and implement end-to-end JML workflows in Cloud security Zero trust solution such as Microsoft Entra ID Governance (onboarding, role changes, offboarding)
• Integrate HR systems (Workday, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) with Cloud security Zero trust Entra ID via SCIM/HR-driven provisioning
• Develop custom workflow extensions using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
• Configure Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and PIM as supporting governance controls to implement Zero trust
• Manage hybrid identity scenarios with Entra Connect / Cloud Sync for on-premises AD integration

Key Skills Required

• Proven hands-on experience with Cloud security Microsoft Entra ID Governance — Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, PIM
• Strong skills with Microsoft Graph API and REST-based automation
• Experience integrating HR systems with Cloud security Entra ID via SCIM or provisioning connectors
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python for scripting and automation
• Solid understanding of Zero Trust, RBAC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC
