Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Active Directory specialist to design and implement scalable AD solutions in AWS. The role focuses on high availability, secure authentication, and reliable domain services across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will lead architecture decisions, configure Domain Controllers, AD Sites and Services, DNS dependencies and GPOs, and collaborate with DevOps to automate infrastructure using Terraform and IaC.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E / B.Tech or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience deploying/engineering Active Directory within AWS.
• AWS Managed Microsoft AD vs self-hosted AD patterns.
• DC placement and AD Sites and Services configuration in AWS.
• Connectivity, resilience and availability considerations.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage AD design decisions and trade-offs.
• Place Domain Controllers and configure AD Sites and Services.
• Manage AD DNS dependencies and authentication.
• Oversee GPOs and AD fundamentals.
• Ensure high availability and resilience of AD architecture.
