Job summary

Deloitte helps organizations protect assets by embedding cyber risk into strategy. We seek a Manager in Cyber: Identity with deep IAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ skills to design, implement, and oversee identity lifecycle projects for clients.

You will lead architecture discussions, develop Saviynt-related integrations, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality, secure solutions across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of IAM experience.
• Strong implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Expertise in IAM concepts, workflows, connectors, and integration.
• Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint solutions.
• Knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, AD, and SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, build and nurture relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations.
• Design and implement the architecture for identity lifecycle management processes.
• Develop and configure Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• As a Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
• You will design and implement the architecture of the entire process which will be responsible for the decommissioning of legacy application
• You will be part of the development and configuration of Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt.
• Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Minimum of 8+ Years of experience in IAM
