Job summary

Deloitte Development LLC in Bengaluru seeks an Engineering Manager II for Saviynt IAM programs. You will lead technical designs, configurations, and deployment of Saviynt IGA across large engagements, aligning access governance with security and business goals.

You will mentor delivery teams, drive lifecycle workflows, and ensure integration with Active Directory, databases, and REST services, while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of IAM implementation experience.
• 7+ years Saviynt IGA experience.
• Experience designing and implementing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver lifecycle processes.
• Experience configuring Saviynt workflows, connectors, access reviews, and campaigns.
• Experience integrating Saviynt with AD, relational databases, and REST-based services.
• Experience developing IAM integrations using Java, .NET, or scripting; familiar with LDAP/SSL/RDBMS/Linux.
• Bachelor/Master degree in technology or related field.

Join Deloitte’s Consulting Services practice as an Engineering Manager II - Saviynt and help organizations address complex cyber and identity challenges through innovative, business-focused solutions. Lead the technical design, implementation, and enhancement of Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions across large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) engagements. Partner with client stakeholders and delivery teams to translate access-governance requirements into scalable solutions that support security, resilience, and business transformation.

As an Engineering Manager II - Saviynt on the Digital trust and privacy—IAM team, you will be responsible for…

• Leading the technical design, configuration, and delivery of Saviynt IGA solutions for human and non-human identities.
• Designing and implementing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver lifecycle processes, including automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and access-policy controls.
• Configuring Saviynt workflows, connectors, access-request processes, access reviews, and certification campaigns for manager, entitlement-owner, and application-owner reviews.
• Developing standard and custom integrations between Saviynt, Active Directory, relational databases, enterprise applications, and Representational State Transfer (REST) services.
• Leading requirements-gathering sessions, preparing solution and design documentation, mentoring delivery team members, and overseeing development, testing, deployment, and application-support activities.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex Saviynt configuration, integration, and access issues; coordinating with technology vendors; and maintaining configuration, process, and procedure documentation.

Qualifications

Required

• 9+ years of experience delivering or leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience configuring or implementing Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver lifecycle processes and access policies for human and non-human identities.
• Experience configuring Saviynt workflows, connectors, access-request processes, access reviews, and certification campaigns.
• Experience integrating Saviynt with Active Directory, relational databases, and REST-based services through standard or custom integrations.
• Experience developing or configuring IAM integrations using Java, .NET, or scripting languages, including work with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), relational database management systems (RDBMS), and Linux.
• Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, or Master of Science degree.

Preferred

• Saviynt L100 and L200 certifications.
