Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber: Identity Team in Bengaluru seeks a Deputy Manager with 6+ years in IAM to design, implement and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ and Saviynt solutions. You will architect identity lifecycle workflows, build connectors, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with clients to align security with business needs.

You must translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions, integrate with LDAP/AD, and ensure secure, compliant identity management across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in IAM.
• Strong implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, AD, and SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the architecture for decommissioning legacy applications.
• Develop and configure Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt.
• Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• As a Deputy Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
