Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a seasoned VDI Systems Integration Principal Advisor in Noida to lead end-user computing strategy, design, and modernization for large enterprise environments. You will mentor engineers, shape roadmaps, and drive cross-functional delivery across Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware, and Windows 365.

You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, define governance standards and architecture patterns, and steer complex transformation programs while maintaining service excellence

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure engineering, architecture or technical consulting.
• 10+ years designing, implementing and supporting enterprise virtualization and EUC solutions.
• Expert-level Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix DaaS and related Citrix technologies (CCP/CCE preferred).
• 7+ years Azure Virtual Desktop and cloud-native EUC platforms experience.
• Proven enterprise architecture strategy and technology roadmaps experience.
• Advanced expertise with VMware vSphere, Citrix Hypervisor, Microsoft Hyper-V and hybrid cloud infra.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS and cloud adoption frameworks.
• Deep understanding of networking, security, identity management, Zero Trust, TCP/IP, SAN/NAS, datacenter ops.
• Windows Server, AD, GPO, Profile Management and endpoint management solutions.
• Automation tech experience: PowerShell, Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Azure Automation or similar.
• Proven leadership in large-scale infra transformation and migration projects.
• Executive-level technical guidance and customer-facing leadership experience.
• Strong consulting, architecture and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical governance, operational standards and engineering best practices.

Job Description

The VDI Systems Integration Principal Advisor is a recognized subject matter expert and technical leader with extensive experience designing, transforming, and optimizing complex enterprise end-user computing and virtualization environments. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, enabling the Principal Advisor to influence technology direction, drive innovation, and deliver business value across multiple clients and organizations. The Principal Advisor serves as the highest level of technical escalation and trusted advisor for both customers and internal stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate advanced leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to guide large-scale transformation initiatives while mentoring senior engineers and consultants. The ability to operate effectively in highly complex and ambiguous environments is essential.

• Deep understanding of enterprise networking, security, identity management, Zero Trust concepts, TCP/IP, SAN, NAS, and datacenter operations.
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Profile Management, and endpoint management solutions.
• Extensive experience with automation technologies including PowerShell, Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Azure Automation, or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale infrastructure transformation and migration projects.
• Proven ability to provide executive-level technical guidance and customer-facing leadership.
• Strong consulting, architecture, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience establishing technical governance, operational standards, and engineering best practices.
