Job summary

NTT DATA in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst - Network Admin to join our global network operations team. You will handle L1 troubleshooting, validate changes, and ensure stability of business-critical services.

The role requires 2–4 years of NOC/Network Support experience, strong routing, switching, firewall knowledge, and proficiency with CLI on Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Aruba. CCNA is required; CCNP preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of NOC/Network Support experience.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless, and firewall concepts.
• Experience using CLI (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Aruba).
• CCNA is required; CCNP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead L1 troubleshooting for complex network incidents (multi-site routing, firewall/VPN issues, high CPU/memory or device performance degradation).
• Perform detailed diagnostics using tools like Wireshark, CLI checks, NetFlow.
• Validate network changes executed by L2/L3 teams (pre/post checks).
• Identify recurring issues and raise problem tickets with RCA inputs.
• Drive communication in outage calls and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Guide G4/G5 engineers; ensure SOP adherence and ticket handling quality.
• Participate in creating or improving runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base.
• Support service restoration and follow ITIL processes for major incidents.

We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Analyst - Network Admin to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Summary

G6 engineers handle advanced L1 operations and act as the bridge between L1 and L2. They perform deep troubleshooting, validate changes, and ensure stability of business‑critical network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead L1 troubleshooting for complex network incidents:
• Multi‑site routing issues
• Firewall / VPN connectivity issues
• High CPU/memory or device performance degradation
• Perform detailed diagnostics using tools like Wireshark, CLI checks, NetFlow.
• Validate network changes executed by L2/L3 teams (pre/post checks).
• Identify recurring issues and raise problem tickets with RCA inputs.
• Drive communication in outage calls and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
