Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst - Network Admin in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You will handle L1 network support, diagnose complex incidents, and validate changes with L2/L3 teams to ensure service stability across critical network services.

The role requires CCNA with a preference for CCNP, 2–4 years of NOC experience, and hands-on use of CLI tools like Wireshark and NetFlow. In-office work is typical, with potential hybrid options depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of NOC/Network Support experience.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP basics), switching technologies, wireless, and firewall concepts.
• Experience using CLI (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Aruba).
• Solid understanding of monitoring analytics and trend interpretation.
• CCNA certification required; CCNP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead L1 troubleshooting for complex network incidents.
• Firewall / VPN connectivity issues.
• High CPU/memory or device performance degradation.
• Perform detailed diagnostics using Wireshark, CLI checks, NetFlow.
• Validate network changes executed by L2/L3 teams (pre/post checks).
• Identify recurring issues and raise problem tickets with RCA inputs.
• Drive communication in outage calls and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Guide G4/G5 engineers; ensure SOP adherence and ticket handling.
• Participate in creating or improving runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base.
• Support service restoration and follow ITIL processes for major incidents.

Role Summary

G6 engineers handle advanced L1 operations and act as the bridge between L1 and L2. They perform deep troubleshooting, validate changes, and ensure stability of business‑critical network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead L1 troubleshooting for complex network incidents:
• Firewall / VPN connectivity issues
• High CPU/memory or device performance degradation
• Perform detailed diagnostics using tools like Wireshark, CLI checks, NetFlow.
• Validate network changes executed by L2/L3 teams (pre/post checks).
