Key responsibilities include interface utilization and error analysis, basic routing checks, read-only firewall rule verification, owning incident tickets until resolution, coordinating with ISPs for WAN issues, assisting in standard changes, mentoring G4 engineers,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of NOC/Network Operations experience.
• Good understanding of routing/switching, VLANs, WLAN basics, VPN concepts.
• Ability to interpret logs, interface counters, and monitoring metrics.
• CCNA or equivalent certification (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Senior Associate - Network Security to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

G5 - Network Operations Engineer (Intermediate L1 / Junior L2)

Role Summary

G5 engineers bring foundational hands-on expertise. They resolve moderately complex issues and help stabilize incidents before escalating to L2/L3.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface utilization / errors analysis
• Basic routing checks (static routes, OSPF neighbours' status)
• Firewall rule verification (read-only)
• Own incident tickets until resolution or justified escalation.
• Work with ISPs to troubleshoot WAN link issues (CRC errors, flaps, latency).
