Job summary

griddable.io seeks a Systems Engineer to administer and manage Finance systems supporting mission-critical business processes. You will be the primary process expert, collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and tech teams on Salesforce end-to-end workflows.

Daily duties include enterprise application support, issue resolution, trend analysis, and implementing enhancements to reduce requests. The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday Financials experience, strong incident/problem management

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on expertise in Workday Financials modules (AR, AP, GL, Assets, Banking & Settlement).
• Working knowledge of Workday Security, Business Processes, Reports, Calc Fields, Integrations framework, Studio, BIRT and EIBs.
• Expertise in Workday Fundamentals and Financial Functional Configurations.
• Expertise in handling production support cases (L2/L3), incident management and problem management.
• Certified Workday expert in at-least one of the Financial module.
• Experience in Accounting Center and Prism Analytics for finance data transformation and reporting.
• Well-versed with Workday Community and latest features/enhancements of Workday Releases.
• Analyze and resolve complex configuration, automation, data, security, and integration issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive solutions rather than relying on workarounds.
• Experience working in a SOX compliant environment.
• Demonstrate experience through AI/agentic workflow transformation, including redesigning processes to incorporate AI agents alongside human support engineers.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Experience in global ERP implementation especially implementations related to North America , EMEA, APAC countries


• Experience working as part of a Scrum team practicing Agile development methodologies.


• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial cloud applications.


• Knowledge of Salesforce platform or Mulesoft Cloud hub is a huge plus.


• Knowledge of Coupa, Concur or other Financials SaaS applications will be an added advantage.
