Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to administer and manage our Finance SaaS applications, supporting mission-critical business processes.

The role collaborates with developers and stakeholders to enhance end-to-end Salesforce workflows, ensuring data quality and platform health. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in configuration and maintenance, expertise in SaaS apps (Blackline/Workiva/Kyriba/Coupa/Concur), and a strong ability to automate with AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in configuration and application maintenance.
• Understanding of Record to Report and Procure to Pay processes.
• SaaS expertise with one of the listed apps (Blackline, Workiva, Kyriba, Coupa, Concur).
• Willingness to learn and expand across other financial SaaS apps and functional areas.

Responsibilities

• SaaS Applications Administration and Platform Operations for key enterprise apps.
• Manage security, roles, profiles, and access controls across systems.
• Maintain data quality, platform health, and vendor release management.
• Drive AI automation and agentic workflow transformations within processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate production support, troubleshoot integrations and API issues.
• Documentation of configurations and business processes for cross-team use.
• Support integrations with ERP, marketing, middleware, and other applications.
• Participate in release, change, and environment management across sandbox, UAT, and production.
