Job summary

Programmers.io India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Systems Analyst – EDI & EPICOR CMS to support and enhance EDI, B2B integration, and trading partner connectivity across the organization.

You will monitor EDI transactions, onboard partners, develop mappings, and ensure smooth EPICOR CMS EDI administration in a global IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing EDI transactions, mappings and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT and XML data formats.
• Hands-on with AS2, SFTP/FTP and B2B integrations.
• Proven ability to onboard and manage trading partners.
• Epicor CMS EDI administration experience is mandatory.
• IBM i (AS400) environment familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations.
• Manage trading partner onboarding, setup, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain EDI mappings, data transformations, and system interfaces.
• Support EDI communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, and VAN.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive improvements.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, testing, and change control.

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst – EDI & EPICOR CMS to support and enhance EDI, B2B integration, and trading partner connectivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations.
• Manage trading partner onboarding, setup, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain EDI mappings, data transformations, and system interfaces.
• Support EDI communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, and VAN.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, testing, documentation, and change management.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of EDI experience.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and EDI mapping.
• Experience with EDI tools such as Seeburger, Gentran, TrustedLink, IBM Sterling, or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with AS2, SFTP, FTP, and B2B integrations.
• Trading partner management and EDI implementation experience.
• Epicor CMS EDI experience (mandatory).
• IBM i (AS400/IBMi) environment is highly preferred.

Education:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferred Profile: An EDI professional with a strong background in production support, integration troubleshooting, EDI mapping, and Epicor CMS EDI administration.
