Job summary

L&T is seeking a System Tester - ADAS in Bengaluru to drive system test strategy and validation across hardware, software and vehicle platforms. You will coordinate between hardware, software and systems teams to ensure ADAS sensors, ECUs and control algorithms perform correctly in real-world conditions.

Responsibilities include creating test plans, deriving scenarios from requirements, and building automated suites for regression. Experience with HIL rigs and inverter + motor testing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or related.
• 3–8+ years experience in system testing/validation of embedded ECUs (automotive/industrial).
• Strong understanding of ADAS systems and ECU testing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain system test strategy, plans, and matrices aligned to product requirements.
• Derive test scenarios from system requirements and safety/quality goals.
• Develop automated regression suites for repeated validation and CI-friendly execution.

This role involves coordination between hardware, software, and systems teams to ensure sensors, ECUs, and control algorithms work correctly in real-world conditions.
