Job summary

Elevate AI in Bengaluru, India, seeks a System Requirements Engineer to translate big ideas into technical reality. You will decompose requirements into HW, SW, ME and Safety specs and drive V2X, LTE, GNSS, and 4K display integrations with cross-functional teams.

Lead ASPICE-based traceability and DVP&R development, review requirements with OEM partners, and ensure lifecycle compliance. 5+ years in automotive systems engineering preferred.

Qualifications

Core Mission

• Decompose System Requirements into HW, SW, ME, and Safety specs

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Engineering

• Analyse and decompose OEM/customer requirements into system-level specifications
• Maintain bidirectional traceability across HW, SW, ME, and Safety using DOORS or JAMA
• Lead requirements reviews with cross-functional teams and OEM customers
• Develop and maintain DVP&R plans aligned with programme milestones

Technical Integration

• Define interface requirements for V2X, LTE/5G, GNSS modules and 4K display systems
• Support integration of Ethernet, SerDes, and wireless communication stacks
• Coordinate with hardware and software teams to resolve system-level issues

Process & Compliance

• Apply ASPICE SYS.2 / SYS.3 process requirements throughout the requirements lifecycle
• Support internal and external assessments and audits

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Automotive Systems Engineering (2+ years in IVI/Telematics)
• Mastery of DOORS / JAMA and DVP&R
• Deep knowledge of Ethernet, SerDes, and wireless stacks (LTE, GNSS, V2X)
• Familiarity with ASPICE SYS processes
• Experience working with Tier-1 or OEM development programmes
