Job Description

The Maintenance Team at Airbus India primarily uses system engineering capabilities to define future aircraft maintenance systems. The team designs BITE specifications, develops customization modifications for aircraft, and builds diagnostic and prognostic solutions that improve system maturity.

This group is actively involved in research and technology initiatives aimed at supporting next generation aircraft maintenance needs. The team operates within the Advanced Engineering and Simulation Studies department, which develops simulation capabilities for multiple aircraft systems and industrial applications using systems engineering, MBSE, and certification expertise.

Responsibilities

• Understand onboard aircraft maintenance systems and their functional requirements.
• Quickly learn and interpret technical aspects of different aircraft systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to understand aircraft maintenance requirements and airline needs for customized field loadable software.
• Work closely with stakeholders such as laboratory test teams and design offices.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders involved in the program.

Qualifications

• B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, or M.E. in Aerospace, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Exposure to the aerospace industry.
