Job summary

Mijas Consultants Jaipur seeks a seasoned EMS calibration engineer to lead control management for diesel engines and vehicle systems in a demanding environment.

You will develop MATLAB/Simulink models, calibrate Diesel Common Rail systems at rig, engine and vehicle levels, and collaborate with software teams to ensure accurate implementation and customer sign-off.

Experience with ETAS INCA/MDA and thorough bench/vehicle testing is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in EMS control management of diesel engine and vehicle at system level.
• Strong knowledge of Diesel Common Rail components, operation and control strategies.
• Calibration experience of Diesel CR system at rig, engine and vehicle levels.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink to create control modules and interfaces.
• Design control algorithms and models for engine and vehicle functions.
• Experience in software testing at bench, engine or vehicle level.
• Detailed calibration review to sign off with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to communicate control logic effectively to software teams.
• Experience with ETAS tools for calibration and data analysis (INCA, MDA).

Job Description:

1. Experience in the overall EMS control management of Diesel engine & vehicle at system level.

2. Good Knowledge on Diesel Common Rail System components working principle and its control strategies.

3. Experience in the calibration of Diesel Common Rail System controls at Rig, Engine & vehicle level. Other engine & vehicle controls calibration is added advantage.

4. Knowledge in MATLAB / Simulink to create a control module as per designed control logic, experience in developing the complete control logic with interface modules to prepare MATLAB model.

5. Designing control algorithms and models for specific functions related to Engine & Vehicle based on requirements.

6. Experience in software testing at bench/ engine/ vehicle/ level to verify its expected output.

7. Experience in detailed label level Calibration review with internal and with customer to sign - off before the production.

8. Managing the internal communication efficiently to explain the developed control logic to software coding team to prepare software.

9. Experience in Calibration & data analysis Software tools ETAS (INCA, MDA)
