Bloom Engineering in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking an Engineering Technical Leader - Controls who will design, develop, and test control functions across locomotive subsystems. You will work with comprehensive MBSE approaches, develop Simulink control applications, and lead V&V activities using MIL/SIL.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with Model Based Design, SysML, and ETAS INCA, DDS, and GitLab in a rail/industrial context.

You will be part of Modular Control Architecture (MCA) software team. The MCA SW architecture is highly flexible, made up of many modular software, application, and hardware elements. While flexibility adds opportunity and capability, it also adds complexity, driving the importance of a robust platform SW and communication strategy. MCA is built on MBSE (Model Based System Engineering) principles for requirements management and test cases with full traceability built into the MBSE model.
The Engineering Technical Leader - Controls Engineering is responsible for design, development, and testing of control functions spanning across all locomotive subsystems with controls content.
