Job summary

Fronius India Private is seeking a technically adept professional to support sales with robot system configurations and expert advice. You will install, commission, and integrate welding equipment and associated software, while coordinating with customers and the sales team to meet timelines.

You should have 3–5 years in installation and repair of welding equipment, basic PLC knowledge, robotics programming, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Installation, Repairing of Welding equipment.
• Basic PLC Knowledge & Robotic Programming & integration knowledge.
• Experience in Electronics & Interfaces/ Software installation & Repair.
• Expertise on Computer skills and through English speaking.
• Willingness to travel
• Working with team and alone as per the need.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the sales process with Configurations for Robotic Systems and providing technical knowledge to customers and the Sales Team.

• Work as a team with internal and external customers and prospects; carry out installations and implementations to meet customer needs in a timely fashion.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest new products or services or make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide application advice for Fronius team members and customers for welding/technical software commissioning and system integration.
• Undertake maintenance/breakdowns and repair of welding equipment and peripherals; operate and program.
• Provide direct/email and telephonic support at regional and national levels to internal and external customers.
