Job summary

A leading system integrator is seeking a System Engineer Trainee to assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Avaya UC and CC systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Electronics or Computer Science and a basic understanding of networking fundamentals. Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and configuration of Avaya UC and Contact Center systems.

• Prepare installation documentation and site activity reports.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for implementation and maintenance activities.
• Travel to customer sites within NCR and other locations in India as required.

Skills

Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP, VoIP)

Familiarity with Windows Server, switches, routers, or AV equipment

Good communication and documentation skills

Eagerness to learn and work on new technologies

Mobility: Must be willing to travel locally and across India
