Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Siruseri is seeking an experienced System Architecture Design Architect to design and implement scalable AIX solutions aligned with business requirements. You will drive virtualization setup with PowerVM, LPARs, VIO servers, and HMC environments.

You will act as escalation point for complex issues (L3), perform performance tuning, enforce security and audit compliance, automate routine tasks with KornShell, Bash, or Ansible, and lead Disaster Recovery planning.

• Advanced troubleshooting and L3 escalation for complex hardware/software issues.
• Virtualization management includ PowerVM, LPARs, VIO, and HMC.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable AIX system solutions.
• Act as final escalation point for complex hardware and software issues (Level 3).
• Manage virtualization: PowerVM, LPARs, VIO servers, and HMC environments.
• Configure HA using PowerHA (HACMP) for mission-critical apps.
• Perform performance tuning and kernel optimization.
• Enforce security standards, patches, and audit compliance.
• Develop automation scripts (KornShell, Bash) or use Ansible for tasks.
• Lead DR planning and periodic DR testing.
