• Must have 4–6 years of experience in system administration and architecture.
• Expertise in AIX/Linux virtualization and PowerVM/LPAR/HMC.
• Experience with PowerHA clustering and high availability.
• Strong shell scripting skills (KornShell/Bash) and automation using Ansible.
• Oracle DBA skills and Oracle SQL proficiency.
• Azure cloud integration and middleware experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable AIX system solutions.
• Escalate and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues (L3).
• Manage PowerVM, LPARs, VIO, and HMC environments.
• Configure HA clustering (PowerHA) for mission-critical apps.
• Perform kernel tuning and performance analysis.
• Lead DR/BCP design and testing.
• Automate tasks with scripts and Ansible.

Role Descriptions: System Architecture Design Architect and implement scalable AIX system solutions aligned with business technical requirements.Advanced Troubleshooting Act as the final point of escalation for complex hardware and software issues (Level 3 support).Virtualization Management Manage and optimize PowerVM| LPARs| VIO servers| and HMC environments.High Availability Configure and maintain clustering technologies such as PowerHA (HACMP) for mission-critical applications.Performance Tuning Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and kernel tuning to resolve bottlenecks. Security Compliance Enforce system security standards| manage patches| and ensure audit compliance across all AIX nodes.Automation Develop advanced shell scripts (KornShell| Bash) or use tools like Ansible to automate routine administration and deployment tasksDisaster Recovery Lead the design and periodic testing of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity plans.
