You’ll play a key role in designing and integrating telecom subsystems for urban and mainline rail projects, ensuring seamless and efficient operation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Interface Managers, Civil Contractors), lead technical workshops with stakeholders, and oversee system integration and testing, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of designing telecom sub-systems such as Telephony Systems, Public Address Systems, CCTV Systems, and more, but also manage interfaces with external systems including Signaling, SCADA, and Automatic Fare Collection systems.

Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
Minimum 14–15 years of relevant experience in the rail telecom domain or IT/Telecom industry (including 5 years in metro projects)
Experience designing telecom sub-systems to meet customer requirements
Knowledge of telecom interfaces with systems like Signaling, Rolling Stock, SCADA, and Automatic Fare Collection
Systems Thinking mindset and ability to translate customer requirements into architecture and design documents
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with flexibility and resilience
