Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies, goals, and policies in alignment with the company’s objectives.
Infrastructure Management: Administer and monitor the utilization, availability, and security of all IT infrastructure and systems, including networks (LAN, WAN), Windows and Linux servers
Cybersecurity & Data Management: Ensure data security, integrity, and backup systems are robust. Implement security measures, conduct audits, and develop disaster recovery plans to mitigate risks.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide high-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Oversee the IT team, which may include mentoring junior staff, evaluate performance, and foster a collaborative work environment
In depth knowledge of Windows server administration (AD, DHCP, FTP, DNS and Linux administration.
Good knowledge of Network administration switches and Firewall (FortiGate/Palo Alto)
Backup administration (Veeam software)
Disaster recovery planning.
Server patching
SOP document preparation and audit documentation.
Asset inventory management
End user support / user management
Quickly diagnose and solve system related issue and outage to minimize the impact.
End point security tool like MDE and Windows defender.
Monitor and audit security logs for suspicious activities.
Ensure redundancy and stability of all critical IT systems.
Good troubleshooting skills
Good knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MECM, SharePoint and power platform.
