Job summary

Lynkit in Delhi is seeking a System Administrator Executive to join our IT team in Okhla, Phase 1. This on-site, full-time role will configure, manage, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable operations across networks, servers, and workstations.

You will handle Sophos firewall, Aruba APs, switches/routers, AD, backups, CCTV/EPABX, Exotel, and user support, ensuring security and compliance in a fast-paced electronics product environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in system administration across Windows/Linux environments.
• Experience configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure, security, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Firewall & Network Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall; set up Aruba Access Points; manage switches, routers, and networking devices; ensure LAN/WAN connectivity.
• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications; manage Active Directory and group policies; monitor performance and security compliance; perform audits and backups.
• Hardware & Software Support: Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers; resolve OS and application issues; install and support printers.
• Telephony & Communication Systems: Configure EPABX systems; design call flows using Exotel cloud telephony.
• Device & Display Configuration: Install Timewatch biometric devices; maintain CCTV/NVR-DVR; configure displays (Samsung/Maxhub).
• Security & Compliance: Implement security measures, enforce policies, conduct vulnerability reviews.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain configuration docs; prepare performance, usage, and security reports; provide user training and IT support.
• Hands‑on Experience With: Sophos Firewalls, Aruba APs, PoE switches, routers, CCTV/NVR/DVR, EPABX, Exotel cloud telephony.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations. This role involves hands‑on management of network systems, firewalls, hardware/software troubleshooting, and user support within a fast‑paced product-

driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Firewall & Network Management:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall to ensure network security and performance.
• Set up and manage Aruba Access Points for wireless network connectivity.
• Configure and manage managed and PoE switches, routers, and other networking devices.
• Ensure consistent network connectivity across LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues related to Spectra and ACT internet services.
• Ensure power backup availability for all network and PRI equipment.

System Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux), software applications, and system management tools.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory (user accounts, group policies, access control).
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Perform regular system audits and implement backup procedures.
• Manage network servers and ensure IT systems run efficiently.

Hardware & Software Support:

• Troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, servers).
• Resolve software problems including OS and application errors.
• Install and support printers for end-users.

Telephony & Communication Systems:

• Configure and maintain Panasonic and Syntel EPABX systems.
• Design and implement call flows using Exotel Cloud Telephony.

Device & Display Configuration:

• Install and configure Timewatch biometric attendance machines.
• Set up and maintain CP Plus and Vintron CCTV systems (NVR/DVR).
• Configure and support Samsung and Maxhub interactive displays.

Security & Compliance:

• Implement IT security measures, policies, and firewalls.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and data protection policies.
• Conduct regular audits to identify potential threats or vulnerabilities.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Prepare and present performance, usage, and security reports.
• Provide user training and ongoing IT support as required.

Hands‑on Experience With:

• Sophos Firewalls, Aruba Access Points, managed PoE switches, routers, and fiber networking
• CCTV systems (NVR/DVR), biometric attendance systems, EPABX (Panasonic/Syntel), and Exotel cloud telephony
