Job summary

Amsiman Engineering Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced System Administrator/IT Administrator to independently manage, monitor, secure, and maintain the company’s complete IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, networking, and office IT operations.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops and business software, manage FortiGate firewalls, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, and ensure reliable day-to-day IT support for employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in IT Support/IT Administration/System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience configuring, managing, and monitoring FortiGate firewalls.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and network security.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently, manage IT infrastructure, and support employees effectively.

Responsibilities
