Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited in Bengaluru invites talented hardware engineers to join the Engineering Group, Hardware Engineering track. The role focuses on advanced synthesis, formal verification, and timing closure for complex silicon designs.

Candidates should have 4+ years in industry with expertise in Synopsys Design Compiler, Fusion Compiler, Cadence RC/Genus, and Cadence LEC/Synopsys Formality. Masters/PhD are a plus; strong analytical skills and problem solving are required.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• 4+ Year of industry experiences in the following areas: Expertise in Synthesis - Synopsys Design Compiler, DCG/DC_NXT/Fusion Compiler and/or Cadence RC/Genus.
• Expertise on with multi-voltage, power aware synthesis, UPF flows in synthesis and low power designs.
• Expertise in formal verification with Cadence LEC/ Synopsys Formality
• Expertise in writing and debugging timing constraints
• Perl and/or TCL scripting, makefile flows.

Additional qualifications

• Masters in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Work on integration or RTL design is considered plus.
• Candidates should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Track record of driving ideas from design through commercialization

Minimum Qualifications for Degree

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
