Job summary

You will lead technical discussions with customers and partners, guide solution architecture, and own escalation management with product and engineering to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Architect to act as the primary technical liaison between Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Delivery teams. Serving as the first point of escalation from Engineering, this role is responsible for ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and support of Industrial AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Customer Delivery & Engagement

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Professional Services and Delivery teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, implementation partners, and key stakeholders.
• Guide customers on solution architecture, deployment best practices, integrations, and platform adoption.

Engineering Partnership & Escalation Management

• Act as the first line of engineering support for delivery-related technical escalations.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
• Drive effective communication and alignment between customer-facing teams and product engineering.

Solution Architecture & Implementation

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures aligned with customer requirements.
• Review deployment strategies, integrations, and technical implementations to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support enterprise integrations across cloud platforms, APIs, operational systems, and industrial data Leadership :
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Services, Support, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Contribute to implementation frameworks, architectural standards, and technical best practices.
• Mentor delivery teams and promote technical excellence across engagements.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify recurring customer challenges and drive long-term product and process improvements.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns, delivery playbooks, and implementation accelerators.
• Provide customer feedback to influence product roadmap and engineering priorities.

Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, professional services, technical consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
• Proven track record of managing customer-facing technical engagements and large-scale implementations.

Technical Expertise

• Strong background in enterprise software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and leading critical technical escalations.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, DevOps, and SaaS deployments.
