Job summary

SymphonyAI Industrial in Bengaluru seeks a Lead AI Delivery Engineer to drive end-to-end AI solutions for global industrial clients. You will lead delivery teams, engage with customers, and ensure alignment with business outcomes. The role combines AI/ML implementation and technical leadership across projects.

Strong background in Python, ML stack, cloud platforms, and data visualization is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in customer-facing technology delivery or AI projects.
• 3+ years hands-on AI/ML, analytics, or data science work.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, vector DBs, multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel.

• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and tailor AI solutions.
• Manage delivery timelines and ensure alignment with expectations.
• Lead AI/ML model implementation using standard tools and frameworks.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored AI solutions to meet their objectives.
• Manage solution delivery timelines and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

AI & Machine Learning Implementation

• Lead the implementation of AI and machine learning models using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Apply advanced analytics and data science techniques to optimize solution delivery.

Agentic AI & Generative AI Delivery

• Drive the deployment of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, leveraging the IRIS platform's capabilities.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance customer operations.

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead project teams through the AI solution delivery lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.

Customer Success & Post-Deployment Support

• Provide post-deployment support to ensure sustained customer success and solution optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise post-implementation.

Technical Leadership

• Maintain a deep understanding of AI technologies and trends to guide solution development and delivery.
• Mentor and develop team members to build technical expertise and delivery capability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technology delivery, industrial software implementation, or AI project delivery.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Data Contextualization, or Data Science projects.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Assistants, MCP.
• Expertise in cloud-based AI platforms: Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Databricks.
• Data visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, and Matplotlib.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Predictive Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, and Asset Performance Management.
• Knowledge of Digital Twins, Industrial IoT Platforms, and Enterprise Generative AI Deployments.
• Understanding of LLMOps and MLOps practices.
