SymphonyAI is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant with specialization in Data and Integration to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. You will collaborate with clients to translate requirements into technical specifications, deploy applications in Kubernetes, and ensure data quality, governance, and secure integration.

This role blends data, APIs, and AI model deployment within enterprise IT environments.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in technical consulting or implementation.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, YAML, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• SQL proficiency and shell scripting (Bash).
• Solid knowledge of XML, JSON, SAML, SSO, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Basic understanding of ML concepts and model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data and integration.
• Package, deploy, and configure apps in Kubernetes using automation tools.
• Create shell scripts and SQL queries for integration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and quality activities.
• Provide technical leadership on data governance, security, and integration patterns.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
• Develop and review XML/JSON configurations and data exchange schemas.
• Discuss SAML, SSO, REST APIs, and architecture with clients.
• Deploy AI/ML models in compliance solutions, including endpoints and integration.
• Assist with data preparation, validation, and feature engineering for AI apps.
• Educate and train clients on leveraging AI-powered features.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant with specialization in Data and Integration to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications focused on data and integration needs.
• Work with automation tools (GitHub, YAML, Helm) to package, deploy, and configure applications in Kubernetes.
• Create and maintain shell scripts and SQL queries to support integration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Perform data mapping, data transformation, and data quality activities.
• Provide technical leadership on best practices for data governance, security, and integration patterns.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability.
• Develop and review XML / JSON based configurations and data exchange schemas.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients, discussing SAML, SSO, REST APIs, and Architecture Design.
• Deploy AI/ML models as part of compliance solutions, including model endpoints and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Assist with data preparation, validation, and feature engineering for AI applications.
• Educate and train clients on how to interpret and leverage AI-powered features.

Required Skills

• 3-8 years of experience in technical consulting or implementation.
