Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Sr Analyst to join the Tech for Operations team. You will implement automated VBA-based solutions, build Excel macros, and optimize data workflows to support client projects.

What would you do?

You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions., Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent AutomationA software that enables building user-defined functions (UDFs), automating processes and accessing Windows API and other low-level functionality through dynamic-link libraries (DLLs).

What are we looking for?

• Create automated workflows in Excel for sharing data, importing data from databases, and more.
• Perform advanced data analyses.
• Develop macros using VBA to streamline and accelerate project completion.
• Target automation that efficiently supports existing processes and optimizes workflows between Office programs such as Access and Excel.
• Familiarity with the Excel interface (Ribbon). Basic understanding of array and looping construct.
• Willingness to experiment and explore.
• Be able to name cells and ranges.
• You should be able to create Workbooks and Worksheets using Excel.
• Understanding of Excel's Worksheet Functions.
• Create automation processes that speed up complex tasks & saving tremendous amount of time.

• You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management.
