Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, WELL, or EDGE green building certification requirements for projects.
• Conduct energy, water, and resource efficiency assessments to improve building performance.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP designs to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
• Support energy modeling, daylight analysis, and carbon footprint assessments for projects.
• Recommend and implement sustainable materials, renewable energy, and green building solutions.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability guidelines.
• Prepare ESG, sustainability, and environmental compliance reports for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to achieve project sustainability goals.
