Firstgreen Consulting is seeking a motivated Sustainability Consultant - Green Buildings to support green building and sustainability projects across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors in India. Qualifications

• Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of LEED, IGBC and/or GRIHA frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exposure to simulation or modelling tools (energy, water, daylight or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate LEED, IGBC and GRIHA certifications from design to submission.
• Assist in energy, water, materials and indoor environmental quality assessments.
• Contribute to carbon accounting and GHG inventories.
• Support sustainability audits and performance benchmarking.
• Prepare ESG disclosures, reports and client presentations.
• Develop dashboards and trackers using spreadsheets and modelling outputs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external consultants to meet project timelines.

About the Role

The role offers exposure to leading green certification frameworks, ESG reporting, and data-driven sustainability advisory for marquee clients in India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support facilitation of LEED, IGBC and GRIHA certifications from design to documentation and submission
• Assist in energy, water, materials and indoor environmental quality assessments
• Contribute to carbon accounting and GHG inventories aligned with recognised standards
• Support sustainability audits and performance benchmarking
• Assist in preparation of ESG disclosures, reports and client presentations
• Develop and maintain analytical tools, dashboards and trackers using spreadsheets and modelling outputs
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external consultants to meet project timelines

Experience Required

2-5 years of relevant professional experience in green buildings, sustainability consulting, or related domains.

You Must Have
