Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) seeks a Survey Processing Analyst to handle timely, accurate CAHPS survey data processing and related materials. You will perform mail processing, data entry, scanning, and quality control in an office setting at our Santa Barbara HQ.

The Survey Processing Analyst plays an integral role in the timely and accurate processing, management, and quality review of CAHPS survey data and related materials. This position is responsible for mail processing, document preparation, survey scanning, data management, archive maintenance, quality control activities, and operational support functions that ensure the efficient processing of CAHPS survey programs. Job duties are performed in an office environment.

$21.00 per hour
This is a full-time on-site position at the Headquarters Office in Santa Barbara, CA.
