Job summary

Alpha Tnd seeks a Power Distribution Surveyor to plan and execute site works with the team. You will prepare sub-contractor bills and JMCs for foundation, benching, erection, and stringing, with abstracts. Joint site inspections with clients and consultants are required to tackle ROW issues.

Maintain SFQP documents and perform check surveys, pit-marking for RC foundations, and prepare profiles in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Google Earth. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing site works.
• Ability to prepare sub-contractor bills (foundation, benching, erection, stringing, revetment).
• Experience compiling JMCs with abstracts for foundations and erections.

Job description

Role & responsibilities: Power Distribution Surveyor only

1. Planning & execution of site works with the team.

2. Preparing all type of Sub-Contractor Bill & (Foundation, Benching, Erection, Stringing, Revetment & etc.).

3. Preparing all type of JMC (Foundation, Benching, Erection, and Stringing & Revetment etc. with abstract).

4. Joint inspection with client & consultant at site, Tackle ROW problems.

5. Maintaining all SFQP Documents as per Client requirements (Register, Pour Card, Check Format & etc.).

6. Doing Check Survey, Pit-Marking of (Equal, Un-Equal & R.C Foundation) & Prop-Setting of (Equal, Un-Equal & R.C Foundation) on Feld. Preparing Profile, Contour & Benching in (AutoCAD & Civil 3D), Google Earth (KML/KMZ file).

7. Walk over Survey, route alignment, Detailed Survey, Check Survey, making drawing & plan with AutoCAD, location identification by hand-GPS.

Preferred candidate profile

Office Package MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Auto-CAD & Civil 3D Preparing (Profile, Contour & Benching). Google Earth Preparing (KML/KMZ).
