Job summary

Iospl Technology Services in India is seeking an experienced IAM Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The role centers on ForgeRock Access Management support, incident handling, problem management, and change control to sustain high performance and customer satisfaction.

You will provide L3 support for ForgeRock AM, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with customer teams onsite, and contribute to automation through scripts and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of IAM support experience with ForgeRock OpenAM.
• Experience in large-scale IAM environments.
• Strong understanding of Java, SQL, REST APIs, Active Directory/LDAP.
• Exposure to SailPoint IIQ (preferred).
