Job summary

Newfort Consultancy Chennai is seeking a ForgeRock Developer with at least 5 years of relevant experience to design, develop, and customize ForgeRock IAM solutions across AM, IG, and DS. The role involves implementing SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and risk-based access, and integrating with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP/AD.

You will collaborate with application teams to onboard apps to IAM, develop REST APIs, ensure security/compliance, and contribute to CI/CD deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant ForgeRock development experience.
• Experience designing and implementing IAM solutions with ForgeRock components.
• Experience in integrating with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP/AD.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Experience in CI/CD for IAM deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ForgeRock IAM solutions using AM, IG, DS.
• Develop and customize authentication trees and journeys, authorization policies, scripts.
• Implement and manage SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and risk-based access.
• Integrate ForgeRock with enterprise and cloud apps using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP/AD.
• Work with application teams to onboard applications to IAM.
• Develop REST APIs and connectors for identity lifecycle management.
• Ensure IAM solutions meet security, compliance, audit requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and performance tune.
• Analyze logs and resolve complex authentication and access issues.
• Support production issues and collaborate with L2/L3 support teams.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments; code branching/merging.
• Support environment setup, upgrades, and patching.
• Maintain documentation, solution designs, and runbooks.
