Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking a Technical Application Support Engineer in Mumbai to support core banking and BI platforms, implement automation, and ensure high availability across Dev, Test, Production, and DR environments.

You will administer Azure resources, build CI/CD pipelines, manage releases, monitor health with Azure Log Analytics, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a regulated financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Windows Server 2016 or later and IIS-hosted applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) and Azure Log Analytics.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Knowledge of SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, and related data platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and integration layers.
• Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
• Experience with APM tools such as ManageEngine Applications Manager, LogicMonitor, or PagerDuty.
• Exposure to Microsoft BizTalk, SharePoint, or Dynamics is a plus.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a regulated financial services environment following ITIL practices.
• Drive automation, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the application lifecycle.
