Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience as a Dot Net Developer & Lead.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC, .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI, Web Services, and SSIS.
• Experience with Azure subscriptions/publishing is preferred.
• Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and mentoring junior engineers.

• Understanding of Azure DevOps and Azure subscriptions/publishing is preferred.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of scrum and ADO, along with Azure technologies.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of the insurance domain is desirable.
• A team player with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
