Job summary

Blue Yonder Bangalore is seeking a Support Engineer 2 to join Integration Services. The role centers on Mule ESB, API integration, ESB deployment automation, and support for BY Connect.

You will install, patch, deploy, troubleshoot and optimize middleware components, respond to incidents, create documentation, mentor others, and participate in Tiger Teams for performance tuning in 24x7 production environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in core integration using MuleSoft and ESB technologies.
• Experience deploying Mule runtimes via Mule Management Console or Jenkins.
• Experience with API Gateway configuration and management.
• Experience automating deployments of Mule & related services.
• Proficiency with JMS messaging systems like ActiveMQ, Kafka or RabbitMQ.

## Support Engineer 2 - Mule/ API Integration/ ESB/ Deployment AutomationApply: Bangalore: Full time: Posted Today: 260572**Scope:*** Blue Yonder (BY) is looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Integration Services, this position is responsible for the support and administration of BY Connect (using MuleSoft) and other integration components.* The Technical Consultant must possess a broad range of analytical/technical skills and experience with enterprise-class services.* The Technical Consultant will work with a team of technical staff within BY Teams, BY Customers, BY Partners and should have Experience in installing, patching, deploying, upgrading, troubleshooting and performance tuning of ESB/middleware components.**What you’ll do:*** Provide applications and projects with technical support for MuleESB* Respond to and resolve incidents escalated from operational teams and performance tuning requests utilizing critical thinking skills.* Create and maintain documentation related to services, solutions and interfaces. Work with the performance support team to plan training, documentation, and communication for major projects or releases.
