As the Director of Support, you will lead teams that deliver high‑quality service across Dynamics and complementary technologies. Your role blends strategic leadership, process design, and operational excellence to drive customer satisfaction, business results, and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resources and processes to ensure timely response to support requests and effective resolution of escalations ranging from invoice disputes to product‑related issues.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and report on team performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring margin targets are met.
• Create and enforce standardized processes that drive business results and hold teams accountable.
• Oversee support teams that include senior resources, new hires, and subcontractors across multiple technology practices.
• Drive AI‑based automation initiatives for service plans to develop profitable offerings.
• Manage and support effective practices on Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM/AX), Dynamics Business Central / NAV, Dynamics GP, Dynamics Customer Engagement, Azure, Managed Services, and PowerPlatform.
• Provide guidance and development support to managers, mentoring and coaching them to grow in their roles and maintain performance standards.
• Ensure strategic alignment by communicating the organization’s mission and objectives, and cascading this information to teams.
• Empower managers by delegating responsibilities and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
