Job summary

Pioneer Management Consultant Pvt Ltd is seeking a Supply Planner Specialist to manage material crises and shortages, coordinating with regional teams and centers of excellence. You will drive open items to timely closure and strengthen supply agility.

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the role requires 2+ years in supply chain and strong communication, collaboration and SAP experience. This is a third-party payroll role on a yearly renewable contract in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• This role requires a graduate with 2+ years in Supply Chain and preferred certification in the field.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience in crisis and shortage management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive crisis/shortage calls with stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Foster alignment across workstreams during crises to enable effective response.
• Capture decisions, actions and commitments from discussions.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide clear status updates on progress and risks to leadership.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements from crisis events.

Job Purpose

Accountable for leading material crisis and shortage management to strengthen supply agility and reliability. Supports the Supply Planning team by coordinating with relevant functions, aligning stakeholders on required actions, and driving open items through to timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive crisis/shortages calls. Orchestrate and facilitate discussions with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely engagement and decision-making
• Foster alignment across multiple workstreams during crisis situations, enabling a unified and effective response
• Capture key decisions, action items, and commitments arising from each discussion.
• Proactively monitor and drive actions through to completion, ensuring accountability and momentum
• Provide clear and concise status updates on progress, risks, and outstanding actions
• Escalate unresolved issues where agreed timelines are at risk, enabling swift intervention and resolution
• Identify preventive and continuous improvement opportunities emerging from crisis events and drive them through to successful closure.
