TE Connectivity India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Supply Chain Support IV to assist the S&OP team with capacity studies and related tasks. The role focuses on capacity planning, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination in the Automotive sector across regions.

The candidate should have BE/BTech and 2+ years in production/planning roles within Automotive, with strong Excel and SAP skills and clear English communication abilities.

Qualifications

• BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.
• 2+ years of experience as Production / Materials planner or similar in automotive sector.
• General knowledge of Operations / Manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for the full AUT S&OP monthly cycle, ensuring process adherence and timely execution.
• Track and follow up on action items from S&OP review meetings to drive accountability and closure.
• Coordinate tool identification efforts and consolidate inputs for final reports with Supply Analysts and Project Managers.
• Support the Supply S&OP team through in-depth analysis, reporting, and assignments to improve capacity planning and responsiveness.
• Assist in capacity checks on customer input and internal supply capabilities to provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Contribute to periodic and ad hoc reporting with data-driven insights.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives including TEOA activities.

Job Overview

The team will be responsible for supporting the Localization activities for the Automotive sector in EMEA and the Americas. Their primary focus will be to assist the S&OP Team in day-to-day operations by taking over mainly Capacity studies and other related tasks.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Provide comprehensive support for the full AUT S&OP monthly cycle, ensuring process adherence and timely execution.
• Track and follow up on action items arising from S&OP review meetings to drive accountability and closure.
• Coordinate tool identification efforts (duplication, replacement, localization) by consolidating LTF inputs from Product/Account Managers and aligning final reports with Supply Analysts and Project Managers.
• Support the Supply S&OP team through in-depth analysis, reporting, and assignments aimed at improving capacity planning, accuracy and responsiveness.
• Assist in conducting capacity checks on both customer input and internal supply capabilities to provide prompt and reliable feedback to stakeholders.
• Contribute to periodic and ad hoc reporting requirements with accurate, data-driven insights.
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including TEOA activities.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / BTECH (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)
• 2+ years of experience as Production / Materials planner or similar preferred in the Automotive industry
• General knowledge of Operations / Manufacturing processes
• Experience in any Supply Chain function is an advantage.
