Job summary

TE Connectivity in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Compliance & Risk Program Analyst to help develop, manage and implement the TE Supply Chain Compliance & Risk program, engaging with suppliers and business units to meet social and environmental standards.

The role focuses on supplier engagement, governance, and compliance management, with responsibilities spanning training, remediation planning, data analytics, and reporting to support sustainable supply chain practices across TE's

Qualifications

  • Must have BE/MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree with global exposure.
  • 10–12 years in supply chain compliance and supplier-facing roles.
  • Strong grasp of compliance programs, governance, data analytics, and risk scoring.
  • Experience with supplier audits, capacity-building training, and RS governance.

Responsibilities

  • Educate suppliers on compliance requirements and conduct trainings.
  • Identify root causes of non-compliance and support remediation plans.
  • Engage with suppliers and business units to drive remediation and policy development.
  • Support ESG incidents, data reporting, and upsteam/downstream risk management.
  • Develop governance processes, scorecards, and dashboards for stakeholders.

Job Overview

The Supply Chain Compliance & Risk Program Analyst will focus on supporting the development, management, and implementation of the TE Supply Chain Compliance & Risk program, which includes capacity building and remediation to address risk management. This role directly engages with suppliers and business units to meet sustainability requirements for social and environmental pillars.


Supplier Engagement


  • Educate suppliers on compliance requirements and conduct training for procurement teams, business unit compliance teams, and suppliers.

  • Identify root causes of non-compliance and support development of sustainable remediation plans.

  • Engage and support effectively with suppliers and business units to drive remediation.

  • Support suppliers in developing effective policies and procedures to mitigate supply chain risks.

  • Support for supplier capacity building as required.

  • Manage ESG incidents, initiatives, and reporting for public-facing and statutory needs (e.g., responsibility reports).

  • Drive upstream prevention, mitigation, and capacity building, as well as downstream remediation and exit strategies.

  • Supports process documentation and systems management

  • Other duties as assigned.


Program Governance


  • Support in the development and documentation processes for Supply Chain Compliance & Risk program manual (includes Standard Work Instructions).

  • Analyse compliance data and prepare performance reports/scorecards for stakeholders.

  • Maintain organization SharePoints and manage subscribed digital platforms to keep data and scorecards current.


Compliance Management


  • Escalate critical findings and ensure closure of remediations activities.

  • Support management of ESG Incidents as they arise.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • BE, MBA, or Post Graduate Degree or equivalent

  • Global experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, and/or electronics industries.

  • 10–12 years of core experience in supply chain compliance and supplier-focused roles.

  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Compliance, including strategic alignment, operational modelling, process optimization, and data analytics.

  • Expertise in supplier relations, auditing, and capacity-building training.

  • Knowledge of supplier code of conduct requirements and experience with programs like Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).

  • Proven program management, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Effective communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills, to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities in supply chain compliance.

  • Ability to design and deliver capacity-building programs for suppliers and business units on compliance standards

  • Ability to build and support development of management systems, including policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure compliance.

  • Program management and ability to drive positive change.

  • Team player with a passion for sustainability and compliance.
