What are we looking for?

• Supplier Management: Experience working directly with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and manage relationships.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel) and advanced Excel skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Quick to identify issues and implement effective solutions
• Order Management: Place purchase orders in line with demand forecasts and inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, stock levels, and supplier performance to make informed decisions on replenishment strategies.
• Forecasting & Planning: Work closely with the demand planning team to review and adjust forecasts based on market trends and seasonality.
• Cost Optimization: Ensure purchasing processes align with budget targets, optimizing costs without compromising on product quality or availability.
