Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Supply Chain Operations New Associate to support order management and end-to-end supply chain activities in Mumbai.

You will join the planning team, handle procurement, distribution, inventory, and invoicing processes, and work in rotational shifts as required to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 0-1 year of experience in supply chain or order management is preferred.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations.
• Be part of Supply Chain Planning Team handling end-to-end planning and execution.
• Assess, design, build and implement best practices on Order Management from order creation to fulfillment, invoicing and billing activation.
• Includes Distributed Order Management for both online and physical networks.
• Inventory management: monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Replenishment planning: develop and execute replenishment strategies based on sales trends and inventory performance.
• Supplier relations: collaborate with suppliers to manage order cycles, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Order management: place purchase orders in line with demand forecasts and inventory levels.

What would you do?

• Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize 5 for every 1 spent on our services
• You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution
• Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing.
• Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management. What are we looking for?
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability, minimizing stockouts while avoiding overstock situations.
• Replenishment Planning: Develop and execute replenishment strategies based on sales trends, forecasts, and inventory performance.
• Supplier Relations: Collaborate with suppliers to manage order cycles, lead times, and delivery schedules. Foster strong relationships to ensure smooth operations.
• Order Management: Place purchase orders in line with demand forecasts and inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries. Roles and Responsibilities:
