Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst in Mumbai to support order management across planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service, helping clients realize value from optimized operations and improved service levels in a dynamic market.

You will be part of the Supply Chain Planning Team responsible for end-to-end planning and execution, designing and implementing best practices for order management from creation to fulfillment and billing, including distributed order

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in purchasing, replenishment, or supply chain management
• Bachelor degree in SCM, Business, Logistics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, inventory systems, and reporting tools
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with suppliers to negotiate terms and manage relationships

What would you do?

• Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize 5 for every 1 spent on our services
• You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution
• Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing.
• Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in purchasing, replenishment buying, or supply chain management
• Education: A Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, inventory management systems, and reporting tools.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Supplier Management: Experience working directly with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and manage relationships

• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management.
