Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Senior Manager in Hyderabad, India. You will oversee planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations for clients, driving efficiency and cost optimization.

The role requires 16–25 years of experience, a graduation degree, and strong analytical and communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders and lead diverse teams across the supply chain spectrum.

Qualifications

• Graduation required.
• 16–25 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, distribution or related roles.
• Experience in managing multi-faceted supply chain initiatives.

• Identify and assess complex problems for areas of responsibility.
• Create solutions requiring in-depth knowledge of objectives.
• Set strategic direction to establish near-term goals for areas of responsibility.
• Interact with senior management at client or Accenture level; negotiate on significant matters.

What would you do? Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services Responsible for delivering various Supply Chain initiatives majorly focused on Planning, exception management & inventory management. Assess, Design, Build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Supply Planning capabilities including Inventory Planning/Optimization, Materials Requirements Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Supplier Collaboration and Supply Planning within Integrated Planning.
